Winter in Our Wetlands

We are lucky to have our own wetlands at Westfield Park.  Unofficially we refer to it as "the swamp" but its real name is Heron Reserve.
Below are some photographs taken during the 1999 winter.  We also had some children from another school come and visit our wetlands.  They had a great time collecting specimens to take back to their school to observe.

This page is full of photographs of our wetlands so is therefore very graphic intensive.  Please be patient while the page loads up.
