	Woodlands is located just North of Balingup in the S. W. of Western Australia. The farm overlooks a series of pools and streams, which meander across the property. Close by is the rural township of Balingup, which has art and craft shops offering local goods. The tall trees and wineries of Pemberton, and towns of Nannup, Boyup Brook, Bunbury or Busselton are all a short trip away.
The guest wing is self-contained and has two double bedrooms and a third single bedroom, a large kitchen/breakfast room and a spacious sitting room, with log fire, TV and air-conditioning. Bath, shower, porch and choice of two verandah's. The interior is featuring natural wood finishes.		The property is a working fruit farm, producing apples and cherries. Guests may experience the daily operation of the farm, and wander among the picturesque bush or walk the trails following the cascading pools. Access to the bibbulmun track is nearby.
