Perth Yoga Room is a fully
equipped Iyengar yoga studio. There is no need for you to bring a thing. Classes are taken barefoot in loose and comfortable clothing.
It is recommended to attend class on an empty stomach.

Which Class is for me?
Progress in the Iyengar method of practising yoga requires methodical study at each defined level.
Students new to yoga attend beginners courses to learn foundational aspects necessary to establish a yoga practice. Bookings essential.
Level 1 is a transition class within which students practice for 12 months to
2 years. 10 wk courses are conducted frequently at this level; please check there are places available prior to attending these classes.
Level 2 students have been practising yoga in the Iyengar tradition for between 2 to 5 years. Attending at this level, students are familiar with inversions. It is necessary to book prior to attending.
Open classes accommodate students at varying levels of practice. All welcome.
Therapy classes require an initial private consultation and suit seniors as well as those returning to exercise after injury or illness. Stability and fall prevention are emphasised in these classes.
