2 cakes Tofu
1 Tomato
A little Fungus
A little Golden Mushroom
1 Tau-Pau (Beancurd Skin)
70g Vegetarian Ham
Few sprigs Coriander, chopped

1 tsp Salt
2 tbs Brown Vinegar
1 tsp White Pepper
A drizzle Sesame Oil
A little Corn Starch


Shred all the ingredients above, and then cover with enough water in a saucepan. Bring to boil then simmer for few minutes.
Add seasoning, and then thicken with cornstarch.
Top with coriander before serving.
