ingredients

(A)
375gm(1 packet) Noodle (dried)

(B)
Mix together
4 Tbsp Sesame seed paste
4 Tbsp Hot water - 2 Tbsp Veg. Oyster sauce

(C)
Mix together
5 Tbsp Soya Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Hot water

(D)
Cut into fine strips
Substantial Small cucumber
Substantial Carrot
Substantial Veg. chicken ham
Substantial Pickle radish

(E)
Veg. meat frost
Soya Lecithin


method

(1)
Scald noodle in hot water, until soft, then soak in running water until cool, drained; add a little cooking oil mix evenly and set aside.
(2)
Serve with sauce ingredients (B) +(C) and top with ingredient (D). Finally sprinkle a little ingredient (E), and serve.
