(A) 1kg Long Grain Rice
(B) 150g Sesame Oil
(C) 20g Ginger
(D) 100g Carrot
(E) 50g Dried Mushrooms
(F) 350g Mock Duck
Seasoning:
10g Salt
A drizzle Soya Sauce
A drizzle Black Soya Sauce
A little MSG
White Pepper to taste
300g Water
method
(1) Wash long grain rice then soak into water for at least 4 hours, drain. Steam over rolling boiled water in a steamer for 35 minutes.
(2) Finely chop the ginger and thinly shred other ingredients.
(3) Heat (B) in a wok, add (D(, (E), (F) and seasoning, stir-fry until fragrant.
(4) Combine cooked rice and other cooked ingredients until well mixed and serve.
